PORTABLE & INTEGRATED

Operator XR defines an unmatched level of portability.

The entire system packs into a small, deployable hardened case, and can be setup within minutes. No fixed training or planning facilities needed, OP-2 can be used from a FOB, in transit, or forward staging area.

Integrating with your service weapons, communications and other devices, OP-2 enables you to drill as you would in the real situation. Convert the M4 / AR-15 into dry-fire mode, with full recoil using a CO2 system for realistic recoil, and uniquely integrated sensors providing a deeply immersive experience.

SIMPLE & SECURE

Highly secure. No internet connection or IT department required.

Simple to use with no backpack computers, fixed tracking systems, or permanently installed equipment.

The benefit of new technology is only realised if it’s adopted and used, frequently and at scale.

Operator XR’s systems are just that. Easy to setup anywhere, anytime, and it simply works.

IMMERSIVE & SPECIFIC

Operator XR has been designed from the ground up to meet the very precise requirements of Special Forces and front line operational roles.

Operator XR is the opposite of other generic and broad based “sim-play” systems that employ mock paddles, sensors and simulation scenarios that do not immersively capture the real front line environment.

OP-2 sOFTWARE FEATURES

Limitless, Personalized Training Scenarios

The OP-2 Scenario Creator Suite empowers instructors to design fully customized and interactive training environments for each agencies unique requirements.

Access a vast library of high-quality pre-built scenes and over 100 interactive props, including vehicles, forensic evidence, cover options, and everyday objects. These assets can be placed and manipulated within your custom scenarios to add realism and complexity.

Extensive Asset Library

Easily sketch unlimited building layouts with user-friendly tools. Accurately recreate real-world floor plans, from simple structures to complex facilities, enabling rehearsal in specific environments for ultimate mission preparedness.

VR Ready Floorplans in Minutes

Make adjustments to scenarios on-the-fly during training sessions. Adapt the environment in real-time to challenge trainees and address specific training needs as they arise.

Real Time Scenario Editing

Dynamic characters include suspects, bystanders and crowds that react to commands and real-time events.

Choose from instructor-controlled characters, or act as real-life suspects using the role player headset, to challenge verbal, de-escalation and critical thinking skills.

Advanced Role Players

Gain insights into tactical proficiency, situational awareness, and use-of-force decision-making. Review training sessions with replay capabilities.

Visualize movements, actions, and decisions from multiple perspectives to facilitate thorough debriefings.

Access quantitative data on trainee performance, including reaction times, accuracy, communication effectiveness, and adherence to protocols.

Powerful After Action Review

OP-2 offers a broader range of force options allowing users to train as they operate in the real world.

Use Cases

  • Rehearse operations in virtual replicas of the target environment. By inputting actual floor plans and environmental details, personnel can familiarize themselves with the terrain, identify potential challenges, and develop strategic approaches.

This rehearsal enhances team cohesion, situational awareness, and overall mission success rates.

  • Hostage rescue missions require meticulous planning and flawless execution. The OP-2 system provides complex scenarios where trainees must locate, approach, and rescue hostages while neutralizing threats. The simulation includes variables such as time constraints, multiple assailants, and the presence of civilians, offering a realistic and challenging training ground.

Teams can practice coordination, stealth, and crisis management skills essential for successful hostage rescue operations.

  • Practice Close Quarters Battle tactics in a highly realistic virtual environment.

Instructors can recreate complex building layouts and tight spaces, reviewing AAR’s from any angle, EN/FR/CIV POV.

Users can rehearse room clearing, and last concealed cover (LCC), refining their coordination, communication, and split-second decision-making skills required in close combat situations.

  • Challenge trainees to make critical use-of-force decisions in real-time.

By simulating high-stress encounters with dynamic role players and unpredictable variables, the system helps officers and military personnel practice assessing threats accurately, adhering to rules of engagement, and applying the appropriate level of force.

  • Train for crisis intervention scenarios involving individuals experiencing extreme stress, mental health challenges, or other crises.

The system offers immersive environments where trainees must employ communication techniques, empathy, and de-escalation strategies to resolve situations peacefully.

Interactive role players react realistically to trainee actions, providing a safe environment to practice and refine intervention tactics.

  • Trainees can engage safely with virtual subjects exhibiting a range of behaviors, from non-compliance to aggression.

By practicing verbal communication, body language interpretation, and other de-escalation techniques within the system, personnel can learn to defuse tense situations effectively, reducing the likelihood of force being necessary.
